NVMS, Inc. ("NVMS," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit nvms.com, submit an inquiry, use an NVMS registration form, or use another online service that links to this Policy (collectively, the "Services").

United States Operations

NVMS operates in the United States. Our services and client and Field Rep registration programs are intended for individuals and organizations based in the United States and Puerto Rico. Information collected through the Services is processed and stored in the United States.

Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with the Services.

Information you provide

• Contact inquiries: your name, work email address, company, and the information you include in your message.
• Client registration: company, contact, administrative user, address, telephone, email, website, billing, and other registration information you provide.
• Field Rep registration: contact and business information; profession and service capabilities; work and billing addresses; geographic coverage, service areas, and location information; and bonding, insurance, licensing, training, and related qualification information.
• Demographic information: information such as race when requested in connection with Field Rep registration, business reporting, or program requirements.
• Communications: information contained in emails, telephone calls, support requests, notes, documents, or other communications with NVMS.

Please do not include information in free-text fields that is not needed for your inquiry or registration.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, and the dates and times of visits. We may use cookies and similar technologies to collect some of this information.

Registration location checks

NVMS uses an IP geolocation service to determine the approximate country, region, and city associated with the IP address used to access a registration form. We use this information to determine whether registration is available from that location, to protect the Services, and to troubleshoot access problems. IP geolocation is approximate and does not identify a precise street address.

How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
• Review and process client and Field Rep registrations;
• Create, administer, and support accounts and business relationships;
• Evaluate qualifications, capabilities, availability, service coverage, and registration eligibility;
• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
• Understand website traffic and how visitors use the Services;
• Prevent fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity;
• Maintain business, security, and operational records; and
• Comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect NVMS, our clients, Field Reps, and others.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: to companies that provide website hosting, analytics, IP geolocation, bot and fraud prevention, email delivery, communications, infrastructure, security, and other services on our behalf.
• Clients and business recipients: when reasonably necessary to evaluate a registration, coordinate or perform requested services, administer a business relationship, or meet client and program requirements.
• Legal and safety purposes: when we believe disclosure is required by law or is reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, the Services, or their users.
• Business transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
• At your direction: when you request or authorize the disclosure.

NVMS does not sell or rent customer lists or personal information for monetary compensation.

Cookies and Analytics

NVMS uses Google Analytics 4 ("Google Analytics") to understand visits to and use of the website. Google Analytics may collect information about your browser or device, interactions with the website, approximate location, and session activity. It uses first-party cookies, including cookies commonly named _ga and _ga_<container-id>, to distinguish users and sessions. These cookies may remain on your device for up to two years unless they expire sooner, are deleted, or are configured differently.

Google uses an IP address during collection to derive approximate location information and states that the IP address is discarded before Analytics data is logged. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings. You may also learn about Google's practices and available controls through How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality. Browser privacy signals and controls do not necessarily prevent information needed for security, fraud prevention, or basic operation of the Services from being processed.

Third-Party Services

The Services use or connect to services operated by other companies. These include Google Analytics, IP2Location.io, and Cloudflare Turnstile. IP2Location.io receives an IP address and returns approximate geographic information used for registration eligibility.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam and automated abuse. Turnstile evaluates limited technical information about your device and browser for security purposes but does not access the information you enter in the form.

The Services may also contain links to websites that NVMS does not control. This Policy does not govern the privacy practices of those independent websites.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. The applicable period depends on the type of information, the nature and duration of our relationship with you, operational and security needs, contractual requirements, applicable limitation periods, and legal or regulatory obligations. Information may be retained in registration records, business systems, email, backups, and security or application logs for different periods.

Our service providers maintain information according to their own retention practices. For example, Google Analytics retention depends in part on NVMS account settings, and IP2Location.io describes its retention of API query data in its privacy policy.

Data Security

NVMS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Information transmitted through the Services is protected in transit using HTTPS encryption. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Choices and Requests

You may choose not to provide information, although doing so may prevent us from responding to an inquiry, completing a registration, or providing a requested service. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser and use the Google Analytics opt-out described above.

Depending on where you live and the circumstances in which we process your information, applicable law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. To submit a privacy request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply.

Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for business users and adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Services. If you believe a child has provided personal information to NVMS, please contact us so that we can review and address the matter.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our Services, practices, or legal obligations. We will post the revised Policy on this page and change the "Last updated" date. When appropriate, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
